RUNNING LATE CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
Services for clients running late will be adapted to fit the remaining appointment time without adjustment to pricing. Clients running more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and Cancellation Fees will apply. Rescheduling or cancelling an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, or failing to arrive to a scheduled appointment, will result in a Cancellation Fee equal to approximately 50% of the estimated service price.
